High Court clinical negligence claim against Dept of "Health" for decades of disability caused by false claims of harmlessness of dental amalgam. Well, actually it turns out that high court judges talk the same level of indefensible claptrap as the NHS's "experts" do. Any other profession deploying absolute zero logic and honesty would be sacked instantly. Gas fitters have to score 100% in their regular exams, but judges and nhs "experts" can safely get away with 0%.
